Better than Zoom and Microsoft Teams
I use Zoom, Microsoft Teams and AirCall. 11sight has good aspects compared to Zoom & Microsoft teams, but it’s somewhat limiting compared to AirCall because I can’t call out to the non-users. Overall, I still think 11sight is a good solution for capturing the lead. It will be even better if the system can call out to none-users and attach to a phone number. When I tested it with my team, they were impressed by the fast connection speed, so I went with full-stack.

Not Good for call follow up
Because I can’t call non-users, I will still need my AirCall or other call services to follow up with the client. This increases my total communication cost.

UX/UI needs improvement.
The interface is a bit dated, and the back end dashboard is complicated to use. Luckily, the team is just a call away. When I purchased the item, I called the sales team; they helped set it up very quickly. I know their new dashboard is going live sometime in February. I can’t wait!!
