I am not tech savvy, yet this was so easy for me to use.

It was well thought out and carries the same features and benefits I had and needed for my zoom meetings.

At first I didn’t knowvwhere to begin in using it for my first meeting, lol, I don’t like reading instructions ?, I just pressed buttons and my meeting had been established and link to share for it was created.

The recording of it and playback/storage of meetings are super convenient.

It’s so intuitive to use – adding backgrounds, blur background, use their backgrounds; record on auto or manually, place in waiting room with music or no waiting room, instructions for participants to join meeting and reminder notices to join meeting, etc.

Every support question was answered quickly and thoroughly with easy to understand instructions. Support was just so awesome.

I’m glad I made the choice for 7 tiers!

Only thing I wish it had was a way to add music to play at different times during the meeting. They do have option to upload music..but music is only for waiting room. Would love to add music…just as they have options to upload docs, images, files to share during meetings ( a super option they have!), I’d like same option to play my own music at times during meeting. Support said it wasn’t possible to have and suggested I play music outside of ap during meeting.
