It’s so intuitive to use – adding backgrounds, blur background, use their backgrounds; record on auto or manually, place in waiting room with music or no waiting room, instructions for participants to join meeting and reminder notices to join meeting, etc.

I’m glad I made the choice for 7 tiers!

Only thing I wish it had was a way to add music to play at different times during the meeting. They do have option to upload music..but music is only for waiting room. Better than Zoom and Microsoft Teams

I use Zoom, Microsoft Teams and AirCall. 11sight has good aspects compared to Zoom & Microsoft teams, but it’s somewhat limiting compared to AirCall because I can’t call out to the non-users. Overall, I still think 11sight is a good solution for capturing the lead. It will be even better if the system can call out to none-users and attach to a phone number. When I tested it with my team, they were impressed by the fast connection speed, so I went with full-stack.

Zoom is expensive, and Teams slows down my system. 11sight is great for me. Video quality is outstanding. The connection is fast. I especially like the ability to call/receive calls on demand. Because I can’t call non-users, I will still need my AirCall or other call services to follow up with the client. This increases my total communication cost.
