Tools seems to be in early stages – there is lot to be built. Like, more templates, more integrations, more functions etc. But what is there already is well built and looks nice. So this tool has a good potential if team keeps up with development.

There are some limitations, though, that I dislike – like you can use the same connection only in one workspace. Also not sure how to make recurring presentations – e.g. report published

Easy to use and works perfectly

It is really easy to use Gravitec and works well for simple push campaigns. Also it is pretty easy to tag users with Google Tag Manager and make segments from these tags.

I hope as the platform matures it will become the goto solution for a bit more advanced campaigns too.

What is really missing currently:

Some sort of A/B test solution for the permission prompt with sign up rate analytics. Let us test different texts, colors, placemets, ect. Also the permission prompt widget should be responsive enough to be able to use a bit longer buttont texts because right now it is really limited. And we should be able to change the color of the “discard” buttont text separately.

An automation triggered by the tags. If we would be able to set up an automation to send a push message to a subscriber after X time when he/she gets tagged with a specific tag, then we would be able setup more advanced marketing automations.

(Tagging is easy to set up with Google Tag Manager without help of the website’s developer so it could be a really flexible solution).

An easy to implement eCommerce marketing automation solution.

I have always hated how cumbersome it is to do mail merge with Word. Crove changes that… the merging process once you are all set up is well done, its how it should be. Setting up the document is pretty easy as well. I will admit I found it a bit confusing at first, and certainly still do not understand all the features, but with what I have figured out its awesome. And when I connected with support & explained why I really would like to see a forced page-break option they understood and said they would get it under review. Totally a better way to create standard documents.
