First, I’d like to say that I haven’t fully adopted Flowy yet. I mostly use Perdoo for OKR & KPI tracking, and I purchased Flowy for some side projects in hopes that the platform will evolve with time.

There are so many features that I don’t need, and will probably never use. For some it may seem a bit clunky and complex, but for others who need all of these features centralized in one place, this might be an added benefit.

I just need a simple tool for OKR & KPI setting and tracking – that’s it.

Besides a few login issues, I haven’t noticed the 404s and 503s that many other users have reported. They have either resolved these, or I simply haven’t accessed these sections of the platform.

One of the annoying issues that I’ve noticed so far, is the inability to leave the OKR editor once you open it. There is no back button, and the only way to get back to the dashboard is either to press multiple times on your back browser button, or to retype the URL manually to open the main dashboard.

I haven’t gone through their tutorials so maybe I’m missing something and this is why I haven’t jumped into any conclusions yet. But if there is a way to do it, it certainly isn’t intuitive enough.

Furthermore, what’s missing and would be very nice to see is a “Strategy Map” for the OKR diagram with endless scrolling, the way Perdoo have done it.

With that said, I think it is a solid deal for the price you’re paying… after all, you pay just once and get full access, so you can’t expect amazing support being 24/7 there for you… although I agree that they should reply and provide limited support to lifetime users, I don’t expect express, dedicated support existing for me only… so I think that some of the reviews are a bit unfair in this regard.” -Source: Appsumo
