i don’t see this replacing my CRM nor my Project management platform, and it still can’t extract data from there neither. Everything has to be introduced manually 🙁 (this is the excel sheet part)

HOWEVER, i believe , if the founders will go the automation/integrations way, this will have a good potential.

I’m keeping it for now, hoping for the best.

Excellent Support! Dirk Is Amazing! His Tool Works!

Part of “process enhancement/improvement” is being clear on the objective one is trying to achieve.

The objective I am seeking a better solution for is client project management “streamlining.” I have 98% the past PM tools and I use them but nothing has been “the one.” I purchased this tool 100% based on Dirk’s Linkedin profile description and his prior experience of over 7 years helping companies manage projects more efficiently as stated in his profile. I scheduled a demo and explained I have used the various tools and related concepts they explore such as KPI’s, OKR’s, BPMN, etc., and that what I am seeking is a tool that I can adapt to my particular needs that I can make work smoothly to increase my efficiency.

Instead for trying to force my needs into his tool, his approach is to see if his tool can be adapted to serve me for my needs. EVEN IF This Is Not The Tool For Me, HIS APPROACH TO SOLVING My Need Is PERFECT!

Just For the 30 min Consultation Time (and his tool demo) it is worth the price of the tool.

Additional Update/Follow up: After our call, Dirk has also sent me some various resources they have created (and curated) for a deeper understanding of KPI’s, OKR’s and Performance Management as I had mentioned I may not fully understand these key concepts at the level he does. I asked if he had any relevant materials he found useful for gaining these insights to help shortcut my learning curve… He sent them a few minutes ago and so far, every one of them I’ve explored are short, concise and to the point (and helpful).

I truly enjoy working with a developer that first wants to understand what I need, and then helps me to develop a plan of implementing a potential solution.
