1) Creating deal by my email inbox
I tried couple of different crm before and deals creating make me angry every time. I had to take my email discussion and link it with crm’s deal (create brief of last emails, attach email link). Ok thanks it’s not a big deal, because I have few new deals per day but it’s pissing me off anyway!

And about contacts, I would like to see three fields in this table, for example, name, position and mail. So far, you can only switch between a position and mail, which is not very convenient, but not critical.
