Early stages but solid

Tools seems to be in early stages – there is lot to be built. Like, more templates, more integrations, more functions etc. But what is there already is well built and looks nice. So this tool has a good potential if team keeps up with development.

There are some limitations, though, that I dislike – like you can use the same connection only in one workspace. Also not sure how to make recurring presentations – e.g. report published

The main benefit of the tool is the ease of adding new data sources, ready made dashboard and templates. More templates would be needed though as if I need to make them myself I as well can use Google Data Studio (which is free).

Sparrow is exactly what I was looking for and I am FIRED UP that I was able to get the LTD now. It’s one of those tools that I know I will regret down the road not getting. The limits are generous. I had no issue adding multiple twitter feeds and analytics accounts (use incognito mode if you have any redirection problems with Brave Browser + Google Sign On)

I am just a one person user but it is rare to find a product like Sparrow Charts that will give you unlimited connections. Understand the capabilities

This is an effective esign replacement for docusign or dropbox sign–full stop.

I am getting rid of dropbox sign after discovering this

I will say I am irritated by the limitations on the template count and lack of white labeling for all tiers. Dropbox sign does have an artificial limitation. This has made me also purchase GrabSign for the large amount of templates included.

I am somewhat overlooking these irritations because of the workflow function which is automation builder (they should emphasize this more) that is pretty powerful. It also has webhook capabilities which I look forward to connecting with Pabbly since there isn’t a native integration. They have a native Zapier integration so I assume this will work as advertised. Use the workflow tool and you will come to understand their true value prop.

As for the simple stuff, quick sign just works. The only think I would suggest is adding the ability to bulk upload a contact list so you can select signers from an existing list. Maybe even put a listing of contacts through a workflow.

Recommendations:

-Add a AppSumo Tier for more templates/automations (people will pay)

-Bulk contact upload so I dont have to type names and emails everytime

-Allow to bulk deploy an automation using a contact listing

Apparently I’m a small company with big company automation, or something i don’t know.

Since then it has become my demise and I’ve been stuck as I only have 2 employees and Sales Force makes me pay for ten seats due to the automation i have. So being shut out of Sales force there hasn’t been any. Currently no one can fix my code and ive been losing leads and conversions for about 4-5 months. Its still not fixed.

As I have said I’ve barely started getting everything switched over however I have started setting up at least 25 – 35 different crms and other apps like quote calculators, and different form builders and my business is dependant on the price quote form thats triggers all my automation with Zoho.

Needless to say i have experience with how crms do not enable small business to do big things which i do. IM so excited to know they have a reseller program and all the damn bells and whistles on this Freaking ROleX of a CRM. I could go on and on, JUST TRY IT OUT YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. TI am even able to offer my Master Class coaching program with the same account and portal with everything right there. there is nothing this thing can do, well one thing i’m not sure of which i am guessing they can definitely do if not already able to do is a PRM. PRMs are another story and even more expensive than Sales Force lol. I have had companies begging me to do a reseller partner program and I have not been able to find an affordable software for their back office. So i havent had one. I have at least 50 waiting for years with me who have most likely gpone to other companies with a larger bank account. I am one of the top ten companies in my niche in the country, and I guarantee the least rich lol.

Pretty cool browser app for a great price!

This is a pretty cool and simple browser app to create vCards. I like being able to self host the cards (since I have my own server) so the cost going forward is pretty much nothing for unlimited custom branded vCards.

I was able to answer a couple of my own questions – yes, you can upload your own logo – you can also add your own favicon which is pretty cool!

It gives you the ability to add fields and info for almost anything – and I like that you can decide what info to include.

For me personally, I have about 5 different “Contact Information Profiles” that I give to people depending on the person and the job/organization/activity that I am interacting with them for. I plan to make a vCard for each, laminate a QR Code for each one, and carry those in my wallet so I can have people scan when needed.

I have always hated how cumbersome it is to do mail merge with Word. Crove changes that… the merging process once you are all set up is well done, its how it should be.
